Without a doubt, we are the best gym to train for improving all three competitive lifts in powerlifting! We have a dedicated room downstairs for those who want to train with elite level equipment. This is the only gym in Asheville with a Monolift and just about any accessories you can think of are here when it comes to strength training and powerlifting. From chains of different sizes to power racks and competition benches to the deadlift platform. You will fall in love with the room and equipment if you like intense training!

Jerry Adell
Jerry has been here for 23 years and has been a fixture at the front desk helping members with customer service for just as long. He is quite often the first person you see when you enter the gym. "I want to make sure they smile on their way in and leave happy." Jerry grew up right here in Asheville and graduated from Reynolds High School. He is also very active in his church and loves to sing on Sundays and pretty much any other time he gets a chance.
Joey has been a fitness professional for over 17 years. He grew up in New Jersey and moved to California after high school. He played college football and has been a trainer since graduating from college. Joey has a diverse set of skills to help any fitness level achieve their desired outcome. His background ranges from cycling to boxing to youth and adult functional training. His passion among others is truly helping clients achieve a level of conditioning and wellness through a systematical approach of training.

Stacey grew up in Baltimore and has been a leader in our personal training department for over two years. Stacey's wide range of experience as a fitness professional has provided her the opportunity to train clients from all walks of life. Her specialty is teaching corrective exercise and postural balance and awareness. Her clients are constantly amazed at her ability in teaching meticulously perfect form and function. Stacey strives to empower clients to improve their quality of life with a balanced approach to wellness and health.

Meet Our Staff
We are located about 1.5 miles from downtown Asheville just South of Mission Hospital on Biltmore Ave. Or right off of I-40 at the Biltmore Estate exit. Head north towards Biltmore Village and we are just north of the Estate entrance on the left. Centrally located near Biltmore Village and across from Kenilworth neighborhood. And just a mile north of the gym is McCormick Field, home of the Asheville Tourists minor league baseball team. During baseball season, the players train with us. General admission tickets are free for members on a limited basis. Stop in the gym for a workout before you go to the game. See you soon!
