Our Group Fitness Classes are taught by seasoned licensed
personal trainers. In this way, participants see results fast, and
avoid injury. This is yet another way that Biltmore Premier Fitness
has surpassed other area facilities in our commitment to
quality.
Non-member Class Rate: $7.00 per class or buy a punchcard for
additional savings.
We also offer a selection of Small Group Personal Training options.

This
class utilizes unique athletic drills and exercises designed to
improve your balance, reaction time, quickness, speed, and
strength. It's the perfect supplement for the avid athlete or
anyone looking for a fun new way to get fit.
Full
body strength & conditioning program in a group fitness
setting. This program will improve muscular endurance, stamina and
overall strength to increase metabolism. The benefits are increased
strength and energy to perform your daily activities and
extracurricular activities.
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

This
high intensity workout will enhance speed, power & coordination
with the Agility Obstacle Circuit, blast fat &
increase cardiovascular endurance with the Jump Rope &
Spinning Circuit, while also building strength & core
stability with a weight training circuit. This class is led
by a certified personal trainer.
This
course taught by an advanced endurance & resistance specialist
is a fusion of cardiovascular interval routines and strength
training using free weights, body weight and other equipment. The
floor work will focus on specific muscle groups & burn unwanted
body fat to build long, lean and strong muscle fibers. All levels
of fitness are encouraged to attend and experience training at
one's peak.
This
45 min. class will begin with foam rolling to release chronically
tight muscles; this will be followed by total body
stretching. Participants will learn how to incorporate these
techniques into their current workout for a more balanced fitness
routine. This class is led by a certified personal
trainer.
60
min, full body strength & conditioning program in a group
fitness setting. Based on research by the American College of
Sports Medicine, this program will improve muscular endurance,
stamina and overall strength while shedding unwanted body
fat. The benefits are increased strength and energy to
perform your daily activities and extracurricular
activities.
30
- 45 minute stationary bike workout. Excellent cardio workout while
building core, leg and back strength. Aerobic and anaerobic
intervals help participants increase lactic threshold and oxygen
efficiencies, thereby increasing metabolism and decreasing body
fat.
Chi
Kung is a Chinese execise system that cultivates the dynamic life
force that flows continually through the body and is known as the
precursor of Chinese martial arts. It opens the meridians (energy
pathways) through graceful movement, conscious breathing and
self-massage while improving the way you feel for the rest of the
day.
Power
Yoga is a 60-minute class to help increase your flexibility,
strength and well- being. Power yoga connects breath and body
through a series of yoga postures that flow from one position to
the next. You will challenge yourself physically while maintaining
mental focus and emotional balance. This class is accessible to all
levels.
For
beginners or experienced students and perfect for cross training.
This class begins with centering, evolves into deep stretches that
open the joints and lengthen the muscles and then moves into a
series of flowing standing postures to increase the heart rate and
build strength and endurance. Students will not be admitted once
the door is closed and class has begun.
This
class will help you to gain the knowledge you need to make informed
eating choices in any situation, help you to reduce stress and
increase energy,, understand and eliminate cravings, overcome sugar
addiction, maximize your workouts by choosing the right foods at
the right time, streamline the cooking process with easy recipes
that last all week, and learn how to save money at the grocery
store, without sacrificing good health. *This class is led by a

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Kinesis
Stability and Balance is designed to focus on balance, flexibility,
stability and overall conditioning, ultimately optimizing your
physical strength and endurance.THIS CLASS IS AN ADDITIONAL
COST AND LED BY A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER. Kinesis can also
enhance the movements of such classic forms of exercise such as
Pilates and Yoga and assist in sports training and physical therapy
- exercising your body and mind. A workout on the Kinesis
wall can be one of the most efficient workouts - ideal for someone
with a busy schedule, without spending a lot of time in the gym.
You can simultaneously accomplish a strength and cardio workout
that is challenging in only 20 minutes with this modern piece of
equipment.
In
this class, we'll be using the environment as our training ground.
The most complicated machine you'll encounter is a swing set, or
maybe some monkey bars. The workouts will vary from week to week,
and you'll be working at or near your full potential the entire
time. My hope is that while doing this class, you experience levels
of exertion and enjoyment that are unattainable in the gym or by
yourself. I want each and every one of you to unearth a depth of
power and strength you didn't know existed, and I want you have so
much fun doing it, it doesn't even feel like work. Because it's
not! What's better than playing outside? First class is FREE! You
must sign up in advance. This class will meet at the front
desk.
This
course is taught by a United States National Tennis Academy
Certified Professional Tennis Instructor. This course carries an
extra fee and will meet at the Zeugner Center's Tennis Courts (T.C.
Roberson High School). Beginner to Advanced will all benefit.
Round-Robin Tournament style play will ultimately be
implemented.
