"I started my nursing career in August 2010. I decided in
September that I needed to get back into shape if I was going to
make it through the long hours I was putting in at work. I
decided to start looking for a trainer that would hold me
accountable. I wanted someone to push me to get back into shape and
to help increase my energy level. I needed someone that could
also be flexible. Aaron was just what I was looking
for! He is very flexible when trying to find a time that
works best with my schedule. He is able to hold me
accountable in that he can tell if I have completed the workouts he
created for me. He also knows if I have been doing my
exercises at home. He has pushed me to do things that I never
thought I would be doing after 5 months of training! He is
really great about encouraging me when I need it and pushing me
when I need that too. When I first started, I also wanted to
lose some weight. He told me to not let that be my
focus. He said that once I started training with him,
exercising on my own, and eating better, it would come. It
has!! I have lost 25 pounds since starting to train with
him! I have also been amazed at how much better I feel since
really making exercise a priority in my day. I have so much
more energy! I have been training once a week for five months
and I am amazed at how much stronger I have become. Aaron has
been a wonderful trainer and I would highly recommend him!"
